Terms and Conditions of:
  • Registering Vacancies with Action Resources Ltd: "The Motorsport Network"
  • Acceptance of ensuing Offers of Employment
  • Tariff
These Terms and Conditions replace any previously issued.


  1. Registering Vacancies with Action Resources Ltd: "The Motorsport Network"

    1. Vacancies must be submitted to Action Resources Ltd on the prescribed proforma via email or fax or post or website: www.actionresources.uk.com.

    2. One vacancy registration can cover multiple positions under a single job title.

    3. Action Resources Ltd will register your vacancy on their on-line recruitment site for a term of 4 weeks upon payment of the appropriate fee (see section 3.a).

    4. Notification of your unique registration number and confirmation of details will be sent to you within 7 days of acceptance of the vacancy registration.

    5. Vacancies can be re-registered for a further 4 weeks upon payment of the appropriate fee (see 3.1) using your unique registration number.

    6. Vacancies will not be registered or re-registered on the website until payment for the registration is received in full using the attached invoice.

    7. Any candidate details that match your requirements and that are received by Action Resources Ltd for the duration of registration on the website will be forwarded to you for consideration.

    8. Action Resources Ltd endeavours to introduce candidates whose qualifications and experience meet the stated requirements of the Client and cannot accept any responsibility for the failure of any candidate or applicant to meet either the Client's overall needs or any other specific element of the job specification.

    9. Within the standard service, the Client is responsible for all enquiries as to any candidate's qualifications, health, capability, integrity and suitability for any position. Action Resources Ltd can make some or all of these enquiries at the Client's specific direction and subject to additional fees to be negotiated separately.

  2. Acceptance of ensuing Offer of Employment

    1. Acceptance of any ensuing Offer of Employment must be notified in writing by email or fax or post to Action Resources Ltd within 2 working days.

    2. The "fee for the acceptance of any ensuing offer" where there are multiple positions for a single job title is negotiated separately.

    3. Action Resources Ltd will normally invoice you for the appropriate fee (see section 3.a) within 7 days of notification.

    4. Payment of the "fee for the acceptance of any ensuing offer" will be due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

    5. If a candidate's employment is terminated due to unsuitability, and Action Resources Ltd is notified within 7 days of termination, and where payment was made within 14 days of invoice the following rebates will apply:

      Within 30 days of commencement of employment   -   100% of the starting salary fee
      Within 90 days of commencement of employment   -   50% of the starting salary fee

  3. Tariff

    1.  
      1. Action Resources Ltd have two charging structures:

        • a preferential rate for current Members of the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA); and
        • a normal rate for non-Members of the MIA

      2. Preferential rate for current Members of the MIA:

        Registration of Vacancy on Website:   -   £100 (+VAT) for a 4 week run
        Acceptance of ensuing Offer of Employment:   -   7.5% annual starting salary (+VAT)

      3. Normal rate for non-Members of the MIA:

        Registration of Vacancy on Website:   -   £200 (+VAT) for a 4 week run
        Acceptance of ensuing Offer of Employment:   -   10% annual starting salary (+VAT)

    2. Action Resources Ltd reserves the right to vary the tariffs for promotional purposes and following reviews of its pricing structure.
